We automatically collect:

• Anonymous device identifiers (Firebase-generated)
• Usage metrics (features accessed, timestamps, daily interactions)
• Your subscription status (Free or Pro)
• Error and crash logs (to improve stability)

1.2 User-Generated Content

Replies you generate (pickup lines, smart replies) are stored anonymously so you can access your history and to improve our AI suggestions.

1.3 Payment Information

All payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store payment credentials.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Enforce Free vs Pro usage limits
• Improve performance and AI quality
• Provide access to message history
• Prevent misuse or abuse of free features
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We only share data with:

• Firebase (for authentication, storage, analytics)
• AI services (e.g. OpenAI) for generating responses
• Google Play and Apple App Store (for subscription processing)

4. Data Security

We use encryption and HTTPS to protect your data. Access to data is limited to authorised personnel only.

5. Data Retention

We retain data for up to 12 months unless you request deletion earlier.

To delete all data associated with you, please email truereizz.ai@gmail.com with your registered email. We will process your request within 30 days.

8. Children’s Privacy

TextMuse AI is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. Changes will be reflected in-app. Continued use signifies acceptance.
