Welcome to TextMuse AI. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

1. Eligibility

TextMuse AI is intended for users aged 13 and above.

2. Use of the App

TextMuse AI provides AI-powered pickup lines, reply suggestions, and conversation tips. You agree not to:

• Harass, manipulate, or deceive others
• Impersonate others or spread misinformation
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the app or its content

3. Pro Subscriptions & Payments

Pro features are unlocked via in-app purchases through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not store your payment details.

3.1 Subscription Terms

TextMuse Pro – Weekly Subscription:

• Length: 1 week, auto-renews every 7 days unless cancelled
• iOS Price: $3.99 per week (or local equivalent, via Apple)
• Android Price: $2.49 per week (or local equivalent, via Google Play)
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s App Store or Google Play subscription settings

4. User Content

Generated replies are stored anonymously for history and AI improvement. We do not share your messages beyond the necessary service operation.

5. AI Integration

TextMuse AI uses third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI) to generate responses. Your prompts are processed anonymously, and we do not transmit any personally identifiable data.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or engage in illegal activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

TextMuse AI is intended for social and entertainment use only. We are not responsible for real-world outcomes resulting from use of AI-generated messages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Updates are posted in-app. Continued use signifies acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence.
